This specimen was lot 3439 in Künker sale 353 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €70 (about US$96 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRANDENBURG-PREUSSEN, PREUSSEN, KÖNIGREICH, Friedrich II. der Große, 1740-1786. 1/12 Taler 1752, C, Cleve. Vorzüglich. Erworben am 25.9.1994. (Germany, kingdom of Prussia, Frederick II the Great, 1740-86, one twelfth thaler of 1752, Cleve mint, extremely fine.)"
This type was struck in large numbers at several mints 1750-55. Many varieties exist.
