Shown is an 1880HoG five centavos, of a type struck 1874-94. This issue from Hermosillo is a better date but not rare. Other mints include Alamos, Culiacan, Durango, Zacatecas, Chihuahua, Guanajuato, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Oaxaca and Potosi. The eagle side of this specimen shows an extensively cracked die.

Specification: 1.35 g, 0.903 fine silver, .039 troy oz ASW.

Mintage: 43,000.
