This type was struck at Culiacan 1846-63 and 1867-69 with assayer PV recorded for 1860-61 only. Most of the early Culiacan half reals are rare but this date (including the 1860/59) turns up occasionally.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 1.69 g, 0.903 fine silver, .049 troy oz ASW.
