Shown is an 1843GO-PM 4 reales, one of a type struck at the Guanajuato mint 1835-70. Assayer PM is recorded for 1842-48. Ten mints (Mexico City, Guanajuato, Zacatecas, Potosi, Oaxaca, Hermosillo, Real del Catorce, Guadalupe y Calvo, Guadalajara and Culiacan) struck this type of which Zacatecas is tied with Guanajuato as the commonest mint. This date is common tho the 1842GO-PS is rare.
