This specimen was lot 73784 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2022), where it sold for $100. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Regensburg. Pfennig, 1750. NGC MS-64. Displaying an alluring amount of luster, this small fractional displays a wonderful amount of definition and clarity to the design elements." This type was struck 1747-66 in moderate quantities but the SCWC gives it a low catalog value.

Recorded mintage: 48,000.
