Shown is an 1855Zs OM four reales, one of a type struck at the Zacatecas mint 1830-70. Assayer OM (Manuel Ochoa and Manuel Miner) is recorded for 1830-56. Ten mints (Mexico City, Guanajuato, Zacatecas, Potosi, Oaxaca, Hermosillo, Real del Catorce, Guadalupe y Calvo, Guadalajara and Culiacan) struck this type of which Guanajuato is tied with Zacatecas as the commonest mint. This date is common.
