This specimen was lot 72077 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2022), where it sold for $144. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. 1/2 Real, 1852/1-Go PF. Guanajuato Mint. PCGS MS-62. A bold overdate. Though a bit soft on strike in the centers, the surfaces of this coin are almost prooflike, with bright, appealing luster throughout." This type was struck at Guanajuato 1826-68, with assayer PF listed for 1848-61. The overdate noted here is mentioned in the SCWC with a slight premium.
