This specimen was struck at the Guadalajara mint in 1842, one of a type struck there 1825-62. Assayer JG is listed for 1842-62. The SCWC also lists an overdate, 1842/1, for the year.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 1.69 g, 0.903 fine silver, .049 troy oz ASW.
