Shown is an 1874AsDL five centavos, of a type struck 1874-80 and 1886-95. This issue from Alamos is a slightly scarce date but is unusual in bearing two assayer's initials instead of the normal one. Other mints include Culiacan, Hermosillo, Durango, Zacatecas, Chihuahua, Guanajuato, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Oaxaca and Potosi.

Specification: 1.35 g, 0.903 fine silver, .039 troy oz ASW.
