This specimen was lot 71020 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, October 2025), where it sold for $85. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. Centavo, 1874-Go. Guanajuato Mint. NGC VF Details--Environmental Damage. Only example in NGC census. From the Kirk Menczer Collection of Republican Decimal Minors." The Guanajuato mint struck one centavos 1874-78 and 1880. They are not rare in circulated condition but are rarely seen choice. The mint closed in 1900.

Recorded mintage: unknown but a scarce date.

Specification: 7.6 g, copper, 25 mm diameter, reeded edge.
