This specimen was lot 71369 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, October 2025), where it sold for $65. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. 10 Centavos, 1874-Mo M. Mexico City Mint. NGC AU Details--Cleaned. Only example graded by NGC. From the Kirk Menczer Collection of Republican Decimal Minors." The Mexico City mint struck silver ten centavos in substantial quantities 1869-97 and most dates are common or fairly common. Assayer B (1874-76) and assayer M (1869-74) both stamped coins in 1874.

Recorded mintage: unknown but a fairly common date.

Specification: 2.70 g, 0.903 fine silver, 18 mm diameter, reeded edge.
