The catalog description^[1] noted, "MEXICO. Group of 1/2 Reales (11 Pieces), 1826-55. Guadalajara Mint. Grade Range: FINE to VERY FINE. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. From the Kirk Menczer Collection of Republican Reales Minors." Guadalajara half reales are known for 1825-62 and this is listed in the SCWC as a fairly common date. Assayer FS served 1825-36.
