This date is common. The type was struck at Mexico City 1825-63 with assayer FH recorded for 1858-60. The second specimen was lot 72209 in Stack's Bowers June 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2026), where it sold for $536.80. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. 1/2 Real, 1858/9-Mo FH. Mexico City Mint. NGC MS-65. Rare and interesting overdate, that is bold and clear. Only example graded by NGC. From the Kirk Menczer Collection of Republican Reales Minors."
