This specimen was lot 6429 in Ponterio sale 155 (Baltimore, November 2010), where it sold for $287.50. The catalog description^[1] noted, "MEXICO. Oaxaca. 8 Reales, 1881-AE. Die style of 1882-1889. Traces of adjustment marks, nice strike. BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED." The SCWC lists the date as common.
