This specimen was struck at the Zacatecas mint in 1850. This mint struck silver and gold coins 1826-1905, with one reals known for 1826-62 and 1868-69. The issues of Zacatecas, along with Guanajuato and Mexico City, are generally common.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 3.38 g, .903 fine silver, .099 troy oz ASW.
