Shown is an 1871CH M five centavos, of a type struck 1871-74 and 1886-95. This issue from Chihuahua is a scarce date. Other mints include Alamos, Hermosillo, Durango, Zacatecas, Culiacan, Guanajuato, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Oaxaca and Potosi.

Specification: 1.35 g, .903 fine silver, .039 troy oz ASW.
