This specimen was lot 6420 in Ponterio sale 155 (Baltimore, November 2010), where it sold for $402.50. The catalog description^[1] noted, "MEXICO. Oaxaca. 8 Reales, 1864-FR. Slightly weak strike. Frosty BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED." The SCWC lists this as the first reasonably available date for Oaxaca.
