This specimen was lot 1326 in Jean Elsen sale 112 (Brussels, March 2012) where it sold for € 260 (about US$406 including buyer's fee). The catalog description[1] noted,

"FRANCE, Napoléon Ier (1804-1814), AR 5 francs, an 13 W, Lille. Rare. Beau. (France, Napoleon I, 1804-14, silver five francs of year 13, Lille mint. Rare, fine.)"

This type was struck AN 13-14 in fairly large quantities but this date is rare.

Recorded mintage: 34,062.

Specification: 37 mm diameter, 25 grams, 0.900 fine silver, .723 troy oz AGW.
