Mexico 1834-Do RM real

from the Mountain Groan Collection

This specimen was struck at the Durango mint in 1834. This mint struck silver and gold coins 1812-1895, with one reales known for 1832-37 and 1841-64. The issues of Guanajuato, along with Zacatecas and Mexico City, are generally considered common. Several overdates are listed for the year.
