This specimen was lot 1259 in Stephen Album internet sale 28 (Santa Rosa, CA, July 2024), where it sold for $216. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWITZERLAND: Republic, AE 2 rappen, 1850, a lovely example, PCGS graded MS63 RB." This type was struck 1850-51 at Paris and 1866, 1870, 1875, 1879, 1883-90 at Berne. This is a fairly common date.
Recorded mintage: 7,290,000.
Specification: 3 g, bronze, 20 mm diameter, plain edge.
