This specimen was lot 4229 in Sincona sale 51 (Zürich, October 2018), where it sold for 350 CHF (about US$422 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"1 Rappen 1850. Selten in dieser Erhaltung. NGC MS66 BN. Prachtexemplar. (Swiss confederation, one rappen of 1850, Strasbourg mint. Rare in this condition, Cabinet piece.)"
This is a better date of a type issued 1850-51 at Paris. The type is not rare, having been minted nearly continuously since 1853 at the Bern mint.
