This specimen was lot 6392 in Ponterio sale 155 (Baltimore, November 2010), where it sold for $201.25. The catalog description^[1] noted, "MEXICO. Mexico City. 8 Reales, 1845/4-MF. Scarce overdate. BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED." The SCWC lists the regular date and the 1845/4 overdate as common.
