This specimen was lot 41342 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2024), where it sold for $168. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. Zacatecas. 1/4 Real, 1830. Zacatecas Mint. NGC VF-35. Moderately handled and slightly weak on the obverse, but a wholesome example nonetheless, presenting a handsome brassy patina. From the EMO Collection." This specimen is one of a series of brass quarter reales issued 1825-64 by the "free and sovereign" state of Zacatecas.
