This specimen was lot 3233 in Stephen Album sale 38 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2020), where it sold for $476. The catalog description[1] noted, "RAS AL KHAIMA: Sheikh Saqr bin Muhammad, 1948-2010, AR 7½ riyals, 1970/AH1390, falcon, NGC graded MS68." The total coinage of this state, now part of the United Arab Emirates, comprises several sets of NCLT's issued in 1970, including this one honoring the sheik's favorite pastime, falconry. It was accompanied by a copper-nickel fifty dirhams (KM 28) and silver 2½ riyals (KM 29).
