This specimen was lot 1327 in Sincona sale 18 (Zürich, May 2014), where it sold for CHF 350 (about US$461 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Taler 1643. Zellerfeld 7. Glockentaler. Sehr schön-vorzüglich. (Germany, duchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbuttel, seventh bell thaler of 1643, Zellerfeld mint, very fine to extremely fine.)"
The year 1643 saw the issue of nine different "bell" thalers (Dav-6363, -6364, -6366, -6366A, -6366B, -6371, -6373, -6374, -6375, -6369) in Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, as well as more conventional thalers (Dav-6338, -6347, -6370, -6372).
