This specimen was lot 55468 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Pittsburgh, PA, August 2023), where it sold for $192. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Brunswick-Luneburg: Brunswick. Taler, 1644-HS. Zellerfeld Mint. August "the Younger". Extremely Fine Details -- Environmental Damage. From the Robert C. Knepper Collection. Ex: Muenzenhandlung Harald Moeller Auction 50, Lot 2676." This type of 1639-48 is not listed as rare. The photo in the SCWC shows Dav-6347, not this coin.
