This specimen was lot 5642 in Künker sale 354 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €700 (about US$974 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRAUNSCHWEIG UND LÜNEBURG, BRAUNSCHWEIG-LÜNEBURG, FÜRSTENTUM, Johann Friedrich, 1665-1679. Einseitiger Pfennig (Schüsselpfennig) 1677, Clausthal. Welter 1820 E. RR Vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. Aus der Sammlung eines Ingenieurs. Erworben am 1.5.1985 auf der Münzbörse Hannover. (Germany, duchy of Brunswick-Luneburg-Calenberg, John Frederick, 1665-79, uniface penny of 1677, Clausthal mint. Very rare, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
