This specimen was lot 4623 in Künker sale 335 (Osnabrück, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €700 (about US$916 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"RÖMISCH-DEUTSCHES REICH. Erzherzog Ferdinand, 1564-1595. Dicker doppelter Reichstaler o. J. Hall. R Fast sehr schön. (Holy Roman Empire, archduke Ferdinand, 1564-95, undated double thaler, Hall mint. Scarce, about very fine.)"

Davenport notes a considerable number of thalers and multiple thalers struck for the archduke, Dav-8088 thru Dav-8103, all without dates. None are rare.
