The first specimen was lot 30438 in Stack's Bowers ANA auction (Chicago, August 2014), where it sold for $293.75. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[France|FRANCE]]. 20 Franc, 1815-Q. Perpignan Mint. Louis XVIII. PCGS Genuine--Cleaning, AU Details Secure Holder. Some evidence of cleaning but still handsome for type." The second specimen was lot 1801 in Jean Elsen sale 160 (Brussels, November 2024), where it sold for €480 (about US$608 including buyer's fees).
