This specimen was lot 1213 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabruck, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €1,500 (about US$2,022 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SACHSEN, KURFÜRSTENTUM, Friedrich August I. 1694-1733 (August der Starke). 1/4 Taler 1697, Dresden, auf die polnische Krönung in Krakau. RR Sehr schön +. Exemplar der Slg. Horn. (Germany, electorate of Saxony, Frederick Augustus I the strong, 1694-1733, quarter thaler of 1697, Dresden mint, on his coronation in Cracow. Rare, very fine or better.)"
This scarce commemorative does not seem to be listed in the SCWC.
