This specimen was lot 1576 in Stacks-Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2015), where it sold for $1,880. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 25 Kopek, 1830-CNBHT. NGC MS-63. Sharply struck with attractive luster." This type was struck 1827-31 at St. Petersburg. Mintages are fairly substantial but this type is likely underpriced.
