Künker sale 353, lot 4035

This specimen was lot 4035 in Künker sale 353 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €170 (about US$237 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"BRANDENBURG-PREUSSEN, PREUSSEN, KÖNIGREICH, Friedrich Wilhelm III. 1797-1840. Ku.-Schilling 1810, A. Prägung für Ost- und Westpreußen. Vorzüglich. (Germany, kingdom of Prussia, Frederick William III, 1797-1840, copper schilling of 1810, struck for east and west Prussia. Extremely fine.)"

A schilling with a shield reverse (KM C385) was also struck in 1810.

Specification: 2.15 g, copper, 20.5 mm diameter, this specimen 2,16 g.
