Shown is an 1903-Cn Q five centavos, of a type struck 1898-1905. This issue from Culiacan is among the common dates, available in all grades. Assayer Q (JQ on the peso) is recorded for 1899-1903 and assayer V for 1903 only. Other mints include Zacatecas, Guanajuato and Mexico City. The mintage of silver five centavos ceased with the reform of 1905.

Specification: 1.35 g, 0.903 fine silver, .039 troy oz ASW.
