This specimen was lot 2578 in Sincona sale 83 (Zürich, May 2023), where it sold for 120 CHF (about US$161 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "Braunschweig-Lüneburg-Calenberg-Hannover, Herzogtum, Georg II. 1727-1760. 1/3 Taler 1750, Zellerfeld. Feinsilber. Mit der Münzmeistersignatur IBH. Selten, Fast vorzüglich (Rare, About extremely fine)." The 12 mariengroschen was terminated after 1715. This one-third thaler, which superseded it, was struck 1737-60. This was the only one-third thaler struck in 1750.
