This specimen was lot 37038 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2025), where it sold for $600. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. 'Fine Work' 6 Pence, ND (1632-33). London Mint; mm: Harp. PCGS Genuine--Cleaned, EF Details. Group D. A piece of so-called "Fine Work", boldly struck on a round planchet. From the Richard August Collection." This sixpence was struck by Charles I at the beginning of the period he was attempting to rule without Parliament.
