This coin was struck at Limoges under the régime of Napoleon as emperor. The type was struck 1809-14 and is the most available of the Napoleonic two francs after the year 12. It was demonetized in 1869. The catalog[2] notes 69 dates for the type, many very rare.
Recorded mintage: 137,359[2] (137,497 per the SCWC), a slightly scarce date.
Specification: 10 g, 0.900 fine silver, 27 mm diameter, edge lettered DIEU PROTEGE LA FRANCE, designed by Pierre Joseph Tiolier. This specimen 4.91 g.
