This specimen was lot 74382 in Stack's Bowers May 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $109. The catalog description[1] noted, "EGYPT. Pound, AH 1400/1980. Cairo Mint. NGC PROOF-69 Ultra Cameo." Other one pound NCLT's for 1980 included KM 508 (peace treaty, silver), KM 509 (peace treaty, gold), KM 511 (Doctor's Day), KM 512, KM 513 (F.A.O.), KM 514, KM 515, KM 516. This one honors applied professions in Egypt. Depicted are potters, stonecarvers, masons, blacksmiths, pavers, leatherworkers and other artisans. The design was also used on a copper-nickel five qirsh (KM 501).

Recorded mintage: 22,000 plus 3,000 proofs.

Specification: 15 g, 0.720 fine silver, 35 mm diameter.
