This specimen was lot 22274 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Anaheim, CA, August 2016), where it sold for $881.25. The catalog description[1] noted, "EGYPT. Pound, AH 1399 (1979). NGC PROOF-69 ULTRA CAMEO. Struck for the 100th anniversary of the Bank of Land Reform. Mintage of 800 in proof according to Krause. No spots, tone or fog. A fabulous example of this scarce issue depicting the High Priest Ramses Nakht." It was accompanied by a gold five pounds (Fr-61).

Recorded mintage: 4,200 plus 800 proofs.

Specification: 8 g, 0.875 fine gold, 0.2236 troy oz AGW.
