This specimen was lot 33441 in Heritage sale 3114 (New York, January 2024), where it sold for $3,360. The lot description[1] noted, "Cuba. Republic gold Proof "New Millennium" 100 Pesos 2000 PR68 Ultra Cameo NGC. Struck to an unknown mintage, though likely quite rare, featuring a fully covetable ultra cameo finish throughout." Desperate for foreign exchange, Cuba has issued large numbers of NCLT's, many only vaguely related to Cuba.
