This specimen was lot 4851 in Künker sale 441 (Osnabrück, March 2026), where it sold for €5,750 (about US$7,910 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"RÖMISCH-DEUTSCHES REICH, Maria Theresia, 1740-1780. Konv.-Taler 1758, Wien. Ausbeute der St.-Anna-Fundgrube in Niederösterreich. Sehr selten, besonders in dieser Erhaltung. Feine Patina, Erstabschlag, winz. Kratzer, vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. Aus der Sammlung Kommerzialrat Dr. Herbert Wenzel, Wien. (Holy Roman Empire, Maria Theresia, 1740-80, convention thaler of 1758, Vienna mint, for the St. Anne mine in lower Austria. Very rare in this quality, fine patina, first strike, hairlines, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"

This scarce type was struck 1758 and 1765 for the St. Anne mine in Lower Austria. Compared to the Brunswick states and Saxony, Austria issued few mining thalers.
