Aragon 1611-A PP ardite

This specimen was lot 1371 in Aureo y Calicó sale 423 (Barcelona, December 2023), where it sold for 120 € (about US$155 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "1611. Felipe III. Perpinya. 1 ternet. Fine example. Scarce in this condition. MBC+ [choice very fine]." This type is not listed in the SCWC, which mentions ardites for 1612-21 (KM 55). Altho Philip III was king of Spain, this is not mentioned on the coin, whose legend states, "+PHILIPPVS III·REX·ARA[GON]·E·" (obverse) and "+COMES ROSSILIONES·ET·CE[TERA]" (reverse).
