This specimen is a four reales minted at the San Luis Potosi mint, assaysers P and S. Four reales were minted here from 1837-1869, with the PS assayer combination running the years 1868-9.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 13.54 g, 0.903 fine silver, 0.3925 troy oz ASW.
