This specimen was lot 10300 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €840 (about US$876). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. 4 Skilling, 1693. Gluckstadt Mint. Christian V. NGC AU-58. Nice condition for type. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck in Gluckstadt 1693-94. Christian V was king of Denmark and duke of Schleswig-Holstein. Two mark was half a krone or one-third speciedaler.
