This specimen was lot 10296 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €2,160 (about US$2,251). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. Mark, 1693. Copenhagen Mint. Christian V. NGC MS-63. Exceptional quality with proof like appearance and lovely toning. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck 1693-96 and introduced the heart mintmark for Copenhagen. The weight was reduced but the fineness was raised, netting the same amount of silver. This specimen shows the value ("I M"); others don't.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 4.49 g, 0.833 fine silver, 24.5 mm diameter.

Catalog reference: KM-424.1; Hede-107A; Sieg-22.1; Schou-60; Bruun-7134.
