This specimen was lot 73289 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2023), where it sold for $192. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Brunswick-Luneburg: Hannover. 2 Mariengroschen, 1739-IBH. Zellerfeld Mint. Georg II August (George II of Great Britain). PCGS MS-62. An example that is simply stunning to behold, this nearly-Choice minor radiates with a rather sharp strike, alluring brilliance in the fields, and some enticing iridescent toning serving as the excellent backdrop. Undoubtedly worthy of a superior bid and great enthusiasm. From the Robert C. Knepper Collection." This type was struck 1730-60. Mintmaster IBH appears for 1739-60. Mintmasters IAB and C also struck this denomination in 1739.
