Künker sale 354, lot 6615

This specimen was lot 6615 in Künker sale 354 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €1,000 (about US$1,392 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"WEIMARER REPUBLIK. 50 Reichspfennig 1932, G. RR Sehr schön. Mit Expertise von Erich Paproth. (Germany, Weimar Republic, fifty pfennig of 1932. Very rare, very fine, expertized by Erich Paproth.)"

This product of the Karlsruhe mint is a rare date of an otherwise common type struck 1927-38.
