This specimen was lot 1058 in Jean Elsen sale 163 (Brussels, November 2025), where it sold for €160 (about US$185 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"BRABANT, Duché, Albert et Isabelle (1598-1621), AR patard, 1616, Bois-le-Duc. D/ Croix fleuronnée avec les initiales des archiducs en coeur. R/ Écu couronné, accosté de la date. Exemplaire bien frappé, très rare dans cette qualité. (duchy of Brabant, Albert and Isabella, 1598-1621, silver patard of 1616, Bois-le-Duc mint. Obverse: floriate cross with the archdukes' initials at the center; reverse: crowned arms divide the date. Well struck, very rare in this quality, Very Fine.)

This type was struck 1614-21 at Antwerp, Brussels and Bois-le-Duc (shown here). It is very scarce in collectible condition. Twenty patards made a gulden. Bois-le-Duc was called s'-Hertegenbosch in Dutch.
