This specimen was lot 4128 in Sincona sale 34 (Zürich, October 2016), where it sold for 16,000 CHF (about US$18,993 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA. Matthias, 1612-1619 Doppeltaler o. J. Prag "Doppelter Dreikaisertaler". Vorzüglich, Alte Kabinettpatina. (Holy Roman Empire, Matthias, 1612-19, undated double "three emperor" thaler of the Prague mint. Extremely fine, old cabinet toning.)"
This issue, one of several (including Dav-3066) featuring the "three emperors," is rare.
