This specimen was lot 4180 in Sincona sale 39 (Zürich, May 2017), where it sold for 250 CHF (about US$300 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"AUSTRIA, Franz II. (I.), 1792-1835 10 Kreuzer 1826 A. Wien. Selten. Vorzüglich. (empire of Austria, Francis I, 1792-1835, ten kreuzer of 1826, Vienna mint. Rare. Extremely fine.)"
This denomination, one-twelfth of a thaler, was struck in various types 1809-72. This one, with the short haired bust of emperor Francis I, was issued from Vienna, Karlsburg and Kremnitz 1825-30. Few were made and the type is now scarce.
