This specimen was lot 37515 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2025), where it sold for $288. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA. 3 Kreuzer, 1826-A. Vienna Mint. Franz II. NGC MS-65." This type was struck 1825 at Vienna (shown here), Kremnitz (mintmark "B") and Karlsburg (mintmark "E"). This is a common date. A thaler was 120 kreuzer.

Specification: 1.7 g, 0.346 fine silver, 19 mm diameter.
